Your Place Finder covers the United States and Canada.
I’m happy to discuss payment plan arrangements with you during our initial consultation.
Typically applied to fundraising, prospect identification and research is the discovery and evaluation of prospective donors’ interests, relationships, and giving likelihood and capacity. It’s a process that allows nonprofits to pinpoint their best prospects, so they can focus their energy and resources wisely. Your Place Finder applies these same principles to the place-finding process by identifying your most promising place prospects based on how closely they align with your needs, priorities, interests and goals.
Your ideal place profile defines the most important characteristics of your perfect place. Think of it as a customer avatar, except for a place instead of a person. Both PlaceFinder programs start with a 90-minute facilitated session, the purpose of which is to gather the information we need to create your ideal place profile. It’s important because it acts as our road map for the online prospect identification and research phase of your search.
The reason it’s such a challenge to find any useful information online (or offline) to help you figure out the right place to live is that most of what’s out there is opinion-driven. If you want facts, you have to know where to look. The tools used in both PlaceFinder programs are data-driven in that they help you tune out all the useless and distracting noise online by providing you with links to vetted websites where you’ll find “just the facts” to inform your search for the right place to live.
